The program includes individual sessions and group activities*, such as visits to employers, training centers or schools, internships, and activities that will allow you to explore your interests and skills in order to make an informed choice towards your goal; all this over a six-month period.<\/p>\n<p>We are continuously recruiting and you may also benefit from a financial allowance for your active participation in <em>Depart@9. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Depending on your needs, your action plan could include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Personal:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Self-awareness and self-esteem;<\/li>\n<li>Referrals to various resources (psychological support, addiction assistance, domestic violence assistance, food assistance, collective kitchens, social and cultural activities, etc.);<\/li>\n<li>Support in finding housing;<\/li>\n<li>Assistance in getting identity documents;<\/li>\n<li>Conflict management;<\/li>\n<li>Personal organization;<\/li>\n<li>Support in budget management and personal finances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Professional :<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Resume and cover letter writing;<\/li>\n<li>Preparation for an interview;<\/li>\n<li>Help in finding potential employers;<\/li>\n<li>Support in the planning of your career;<\/li>\n<li>Help in finding a volunteer activity or an internship;<\/li>\n<li>Academic and professional information;<\/li>\n<li>Information on various programs offered by Services Qu\u00e9bec and other partners (PAMT, PRIIME, Wage Subsidy, RAC, CNESST, etc.);<\/li>\n<li>Consultation with a<a href=\"https:\/\/espacepivot.ca\/en\/guidance-and-return-to-school\/\"> guidance counsellor<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up for job retention.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>*Our group activities are planned to be back for fall 2022.<\/em>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;40px&#8221;][qode_elements_holder number_of_columns=&#8221;two_columns&#8221;
